A BUSINESS PROBLEM / An online booklet needed to be created that Total staff had easy access to quickly and easily refer to what the Total brand believed in. It outlines the do’s and don’ts for all internal staff including dealers, sales teams, head office staff and forecourt staff from the rules/guidelines to how they should be conducting themselves to customers.

A DESIGN SOLUTION / The success of Total is because of all the small things. In this concept, we wanted to educate employees about all the elements of the company to paint the bigger picture. We also wanted to show how everything is connected, and encourage employees to not only know these connections but be them.
